Hi guyz,
I am a little worried because of my sex time (stamina) .Though I havenot had sex yet but the problem is that when I masturbate, I release my semen in only two or three minutes.
I am worried that when I have sex with my future wife, she will not get satisfied and it would look like I am very selfish and moreover she may look outside for sex. Does this reduction in stamina come due to masturbating or os it natural?
Is there any solution to increase stamina? I know that kegel exercise help, but again, is there any solid solution?

How frequently do you masturbate? Remember too much of anything is harmful.. then again.. masturbation is different and doing actual intercourse is different… Once you start having sex.. though initially you may cum sooner… as time passes by.. you’ll be able to hold long… most importantly don’t have any such insecurities about yourself… that’s a major factor in making you cum sooner..
And also coming about your current situation.. masturbation technique also effects your stamina.. if you are one of those guys who start masturbating when their penis is flacid.. mostly you’ll cum sooner.. instead try doing it when your penis is erect and notice the difference.. 🙂

How old are you?
When the time comes, you will perform well. Don’t you worry.
As for lasting long, don’t shoot for records & medals 😉
You and partner will have a rhythm, and when you find that groove, all else will fall into place. If everything else is compatible, that is.
Your concern for your future wife is quite sweet. And good you are thinking on these lines.
To increase your lasting time, use the stop & go method. You can google it, and learn the technique.
Another tip, is to let your partner have her first orgasm, either by fingers or by cunnilingus. Once she is satisfied, she will not complain, if you orgasm early or late.
