Hi,

My breasts were 36c a year ago. Now, within a year they have increased to 40D. How can I prevent them from growing bigger? I feel uncomfortable while wearing a bra, but if I dont wear it to my work place, then they are bouncing a lot and drawing everyone’s attention.

Do any of you have any suggestions, how I can reduce the size without having any surgery?

I do not think you can do much here and cut your breasts size or can prevent them from growing bigger as it is not in your hand to give them desire shape except surgery, which I never recommend for many reasons.

Be comfortable with your body and accept it as it is. However, you can wear tight bra to make lessen its spring up and can try different bras to be comfortable.

Do not worry if someone at work stares at your breasts as you cannot make them ignore it, just be convinced at work and focus on your work.

Don’t judge them why they are gazing your boobs as that shows their way of thinking. Overall, you have to do nothing here just gain confident and how to handle people outside home.

However, you are not alone with such size as there are number of women who have big boobs. Personally, I am fond of big boobs and it must be a treat for your partner to have you as a partner. Try to see positive rather than being critical on your b
