Most of the young boys get attracted towards elder women, but marry younger women.
So also older ladies get attracted towards younger boys but their husbands are elder than that them.
What is the psychology behind this or it’s universal fate?

There are two different things.
1. People have different fetishes and fantasies. Some turn on for ladies older to them and some get turn on to ladies younger to them. Its natural.
2. As elder ladies are experienced ones so their are no inhibitions with them to do certain things which young girls doesn’t do. This thought trigger guys to involve with such ladies so that they can provide them sexual satisfaction to the best level.
