Why did milk come out from my Girlfriend’s Breasts?

I am 21 and my girlfriend is 20. Yesterday, we went to the park and we made love so much. I pressed her boobs very tight and also I sucked her nipples.
When I was pressing her boobs suddenly some milk came out from her left nipple. I even drank it. Why did this milk come out?

Repeated stimulation of the girls breasts, particularly her nipples, may trigger the production of a hormone called prolactin, which is essential for milk production. Repeated sucking of her nipples, and manipulation of her breasts may in some cases make her stop producing milk. Some guys really like sucking their partner’s breastmilk, and many women have to fight their husband off, after giving birth, as he competes with the new baby to cycle from her breasts. Some women even get a sexual thrill from having their nipples sucked, and perhaps your girlfriend is one of them?
Milk production can also be triggered if she is taking the daily contraceptive pill. The pill works by mimicking pregnancy, and as you should know, a pregnant girl cannot get pregnant again until she has given birth. In some women, the change in their hormones can trigger milk production.
I don’t know how common a phenomenon this is, but it is harmless to her, though if she starts to produce a lot of milk, it would need to be suckled from her frequently, or it may cause embarrassing stains on her clothing is her breasts leak. She may prefer this to not happen, which means it you would have to leave her breasts alone for some time, which would mean that her breasts would stop producing milk quite naturally. If she enjoys letting you suckle her milk, then the more you do this, the more milk she will produce, as breastmilk is a demand and supply situation; the more you suck, the more she will produce.
So, if she is happy with this state of affairs, and you are enjoying it, then just carry on and enjoy yourselves.

It might not be milk but it was liquid as she cannot produce milk if she is not pregnant. However, the liquid you thought was milk might be the substance many girls produce when they are sucked and pressed hard. There is nothing to worry and do not be hard with her boobs as boobs are to be gently played and sucked not punching bags to be hard with them.
However if the liquid was in good amount and it came out continuously when you were sucking them then she should see the doctor as too much discharge from the nipples when not lactating can be a sign of serious problem too. However, if there is a little discharge then you should not worry as it is possible when boobs were being sucked for too hard and good amount of time like more than ten minutes.
