I am asking this question on behalf of my friend.
My friend is 26 years and he works in a company. He is deeply in love with a girl who is his colleague and she is 25.
Now the question in my friends words is
I really love this girl. We talk with each other but she never approach me for having a chat. Everytime I approach her for chatting. We chat normally. But she approach other male colleagues for talking. I have got her phone number from her and I messaged her Good Night but she didnt reply.
Also I dont know whether she has a bf.
Does she love me.
I want to propose to her but I dont have courage to ask her out. Also if I propose her will she complain against me and will I lose my job if she complains.
Please give me some idea about how to propose to this girl. How to know that she also loves me.
Please help my friend.

Dear dangerboy
As per your description i think that girl is not interested in becoz if she have any type of feeling toward you then she may give some wattage to your sms and calls . She may give some sound reply to your chat . I think she may have bf or may not be interested in you .
Now its your choice to stay behind her or may change the target.
As per one of the famous moive HUNTERRR ,
Always go for second best becoz behind the best there is long queue and chances of getting is more with second best is more so think about it .
